Location was great - especially for the exhibition centre. The free shuttle bus was also a lovely touch. The room was super clean, very quiet and comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro line which made it easy to explore further into Madrid (when not at the exhibition centre). I also looked at the meeting rooms available in case we wanted to hold meetings here at a future occasion - they were a great size (all 3 rooms) and the hosting area was also great. The bar area has ~4 areas off it for relaxing with friends or having a drink.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean. all surfaces were buffed and shiny. The vuew was good from the room and the bathroom/shower amendities were always topped up. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location

Comfortable, modern room with a good bathroom. Gym was small but fine for a good workout. Very friendly staff in bar/on reception.

The room was very clean with good facilities. Staff were approachable and helpful. A continental breakfast was provided. The coffee, water and pastries available throughout the day were very welcome. Overall a good hotel and would rebook if in the area again.

Loved everything about it. Super comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room size was perfect, the bathroom was nice and big. The bed and pillows were the best We were on our last night before flying home, so proximity to the airport was great.

Nice hotel, have everything you need for the stay. Breakfast was okay, run out of food pretty fast, but brought more. Enough to choose from. Location is good if you’re looking for something near the airport, but not for a long stay. Not many things close to the hotel, basically just the road. But the room were very good

Clean, beautiful. Far from the centre but well located for our business meeting. Quiet and relaxed. We had a light dinner that it was just what we needed.

it was my pleasure and honor to be hosbilized by in apratment number 510 which was a fantasitic apratment. I enjoyed and loved the details. that shows how the owner repsects the guests and show genuine care I felt as if I am home.
